Vision Impaired Resource Network (VIRN) Inc. is honoured to be the administrator of the L. P. Ings Scholarship Fund. Established in memory of Lawrence P. Ings for his lifetime work in building awareness of the abilities of vision impaired people. This scholarship assists Manitobans with vision loss to accomplish their education or training in a trade. Gifts to the L. P. Ings Scholarship Fund are invested, with the income generated being used to support the annually-awarded scholarships. For more information on the L. P.
