Edith and Thomas Cox were born to low income families and never had the advantage of higher education. Although they were unable to provide funding to support their two children’s wishes to go to University their moral support was essential and everlasting.

Gifts to this fund are invested in perpetuity and the annual income generated for grantmaking is distributed to St. James Scholarship Foundation to assist well-deserved students in St. James-Assiniboia School Division.
