R.I.S.E. (Resilience, Independence, Support and Empowerment) Fund

The BUILDING Foundations Bursary has been rebranded as The RISE Bursary. The new name better reflects the program's commitment to supporting Manitoba Housing students as they build the skills, confidence and supports needed to achieve their academic and personal goals. Apart from the rebranding, the bursary program remains unchanged.

Gifts to this fund will be pooled and invested. The income generated provides support to post-secondary students studying in Manitoba and living in subsidized rental housing or receiving rental subsidy from Manitoba Housing.
