In order to respond to the immediate needs of newcomers, the Welcome to Winnipeg Fund will augment the grant-making activities of The Winnipeg Foundation which support charitable organizations helping to settle newcomers to Winnipeg. Gifts to this fund are not permanently endowed; they will flow directly to identified projects.
