Established in 1926 by Alan Joseph Adamson in memory of his late wife, Julia McAlister Adamson, this fund was to provide prizes to scholars at Rupert’s Land School securing the highest marks in Canadian History.
The fund now awards three awards each year:
Junior School award: Grade 5 student who has a Social Studies essay or history project of special merit.
Middle School award: Highest standing in Grade 6 Social Studies.
Senior School award: Grade 11 Canadian History student with an essay or project of special merit.
