Matthew Bencharski is a passionate teacher, dedicated coach and positive mentor to all the students that passed through his classroom. Famously known as "Mr. B", Matthew had a way of connecting with students, always creating a positive, supportive and safe learning environment, while having fun.
This scholarship was created by his family to keep his legacy alive. Matthew believes that everyone should have access to post-secondary education regardless of race, gender or financial barriers. All funds donated will be awarded to a student yearly that share Mr. B's values. Whether it's his passion for learning, his love of basketball and being a positive leader in the community.
Your gift will be pooled and invested with the generated income distributed as a scholarship for students within the Seven Oaks School Division.
