Winnipeg West Rotary Club Golden Rainbow Fund - In Memory of Ernest “Ernie” Halligan

This is a permanent endowment fund established by the Rotary Club of West Winnipeg. Gifts to this fund are pooled and invested to benefit them in perpetuity. The income generated by this fund is distributed to the Rotary Club of West Winnipeg Charitable Trust to be used at its discretion.
