Heritage - Manitoba Agricultural Museum Fund

Manitoba Agricultural Museum has partnered with North Norfolk Foundation to established this permanently endowed Manitoba Heritage Trust Fund to support their work.

The Manitoba government established the Manitoba Heritage Trust Endowment (MHTE) Fund to stretch gifts to Heritage Trust Funds. Each gift has the potential to be stretched by up to 50 per cent.

The Manitoba Agricultural Museum is dedicated to the collection, preservation and interpretation of Manitoba rural heritage. It showcases the largest collection of vintage farm equipment in Western Canada and immerses visitors in pioneer life in the Homesteaders' Village.

The Winnipeg Foundation will generate the tax receipts for all gift directed to this fund under the Manitoba Heritage Trust Program. Gifts to this fund are invested in perpetuity and the annual income generated for grantmaking is distributed to Manitoba Agricultural Museum to be used at their discretion.
